Maak je eerste evenement aan
Create a Gathmo event in about 5 minutes: choose guest upload options, test the QR flow, and review plan and privacy settings before sharing with guests.
Maak eerst het evenement aan, kies daarna wat gasten mogen uploaden. Test daarna de QR-code zelf voordat je hem met gasten deelt.
Voordat je begint
- Meld je aan bij het Gathmo-dashboard.
- Ken de naam en datum van het evenement.
- Bepaal of gasten foto’s, video's, voiceberichten of alle drie moeten uploaden.
- Set aside about 5 minutes, plus 2 minutes to test the QR code on your phone.
Stappen
Open het dashboard en start een nieuw evenement.
On the dashboard overview, choose "+ Create event" to open the wizard, then pick the event type closest to your celebration. The name, date, language, and upload settings can all be changed later, so do not stall on the first screen.

Use the Details step to name the event, set the date, and choose the guest-page language. Upload options can be tuned later in event settings. Guests never see the dashboard itself — only the name and date surface around their upload page.

Match the plan to the event size. Free (EUR 0) covers a test run or a small gathering with limited uploads. Essential (EUR 29 per event) is the first paid tier: unlimited photo, video, and voice uploads with original-quality downloads. Celebrate (EUR 69) and Grand (EUR 89) add headroom for larger events, longer retention, and live features.
Beoordeel en maak het evenement
Check the summary — type, name, date, plan, guest link, and retention — then choose "Create event". Gathmo generates the QR code and guest link immediately, and the code stays valid for the life of the event, so a sign printed weeks ahead still works on the day.

Wanneer krijg ik de QR-code voor mijn evenement?

Kan ik de eventdetails wijzigen nadat het is aangemaakt?

Do guests need an account or the app?
No. Guests scan the QR code, choose photos already on their phone, and send them — no account, no app install, no password. Unlike shared-drive albums, there is nothing to join before uploading.
