Per iniziare
Crea il tuo primo evento
Create a Gathmo event in about 5 minutes: choose guest upload options, test the QR flow, and review plan and privacy settings before sharing with guests.

- Set aside about 5 minutes, plus 2 minutes to test the QR code on your phone.
Passi
On the dashboard overview, choose "+ Create event" to open the wizard, then pick the event type closest to your celebration. The name, date, language, and upload settings can all be changed later, so do not stall on the first screen.
Aggiungi i dettagli dell’evento.
Use the Details step to name the event, set the date, and choose the guest-page language. Upload options can be tuned later in event settings. Guests never see the dashboard itself — only the name and date surface around their upload page.

Scegli il piano per l’evento
Match the plan to the event size. Free (EUR 0) covers a test run or a small gathering with limited uploads. Essential (EUR 29 per event) is the first paid tier: unlimited photo, video, and voice uploads with original-quality downloads. Celebrate (EUR 69) and Grand (EUR 89) add headroom for larger events, longer retention, and live features.

Rivedi e crea l’evento
Check the summary — type, name, date, plan, guest link, and retention — then choose "Create event". Gathmo generates the QR code and guest link immediately, and the code stays valid for the life of the event, so a sign printed weeks ahead still works on the day.

- Scan your own QR code on a phone and upload 1 test photo before printing anything.
- Mantieni la dashboard aperta durante l'evento se vuoi rivedere i caricamenti in tempo reale.
Domande frequenti
How long does it take to create an event?
About 5 minutes: roughly 1 minute each for event type, details, plan, and review — plus 2 minutes to scan the QR code on your phone and upload a test photo before sharing it with guests.
Posso modificare i dettagli dell’evento dopo averlo creato?
Use the Free plan (EUR 0) for a small test event or internal trial. Choose a paid plan — Essential (EUR 29), Celebrate (EUR 69), or Grand (EUR 89) — when you need unlimited uploads, original-quality downloads, longer retention, or live event features.
Do guests need an account or the app?
No. Guests scan the QR code, choose photos already on their phone, and send them — no account, no app install, no password. Unlike shared-drive albums, there is nothing to join before uploading.
Risoluzione dei problemi
Recover your account first — see "Recover your account and find missing Gathmo emails" — then return here. None of the fixes below work without dashboard access.
Guest uploads can contain personal data. Before sharing the QR code publicly, check your privacy settings, moderation choice, and retention plan. The privacy section explains consent, storage, retention, and deletion in full.
