Crea tu primer evento
Crea un evento en Gathmo en unos 5 minutos: elige las opciones de subida para invitados, prueba el acceso por QR y revisa el plan y la configuración de privacidad antes de compartir el enlace.
Crea primero el evento y luego elige qué pueden subir los invitados. Después pruébalo tú mismo antes de compartir el código QR con los invitados.
Antes de empezar
- Inicia sesión en el panel de Gathmo.
- Conoce el nombre del evento y la fecha.
- Decide si los invitados deben subir fotos, vídeos, mensajes de voz o los tres.
- Set aside about 5 minutes, plus 2 minutes to test the QR code on your phone.
Pasos
Abre el panel e inicia un nuevo evento.
On the dashboard overview, choose "+ Create event" to open the wizard, then pick the event type closest to your celebration. The name, date, language, and upload settings can all be changed later, so do not stall on the first screen.
Añade los detalles del evento.
Use the Details step to name the event, set the date, and choose the guest-page language. Upload options can be tuned later in event settings. Guests never see the dashboard itself — only the name and date surface around their upload page.
Elige el plan para el evento
Match the plan to the event size. Free (EUR 0) covers a test run or a small gathering with limited uploads. Essential (EUR 29 per event) is the first paid tier: unlimited photo, video, and voice uploads with original-quality downloads. Celebrate (EUR 69) and Grand (EUR 89) add headroom for larger events, longer retention, and live features.
Revisar y crear el evento
Check the summary — type, name, date, plan, guest link, and retention — then choose "Create event". Gathmo generates the QR code and guest link immediately, and the code stays valid for the life of the event, so a sign printed weeks ahead still works on the day.
Prueba el resultado para invitados
Abre el código QR o el enlace de invitados en un móvil y completa exactamente la acción de invitado que describe el artículo. Esto confirma que el flujo público coincide con la configuración del panel antes de que los invitados vean el evento.
Qué hacer a continuación

Do guests need an account or the app?
No. Guests scan the QR code, choose photos already on their phone, and send them — no account, no app install, no password. Unlike shared-drive albums, there is nothing to join before uploading.
