最初のイベントを作成
約5分でGathmoのイベントを作成。ゲストのアップロード方法を選び、QRコードからの操作をテストし、プランとプライバシー設定を確認してからゲストにリンクを共有しましょう。
まずイベントを作成し、次にゲストのアップロード可能項目を選択してください。共有前にご自身でQRコードをテストします。
開始前に
- Gathmoダッシュボードにサインインしてください。
- イベント名と日付を確認してください。
- ゲストに写真、動画、ボイスメッセージ、または3種類すべてをアップロードさせるかを決めてください。
- Set aside about 5 minutes, plus 2 minutes to test the QR code on your phone.
手順
ダッシュボードを開き、新しいイベントを開始してください。
On the dashboard overview, choose "+ Create event" to open the wizard, then pick the event type closest to your celebration. The name, date, language, and upload settings can all be changed later, so do not stall on the first screen.

Use the Details step to name the event, set the date, and choose the guest-page language. Upload options can be tuned later in event settings. Guests never see the dashboard itself — only the name and date surface around their upload page.

Match the plan to the event size. Free (EUR 0) covers a test run or a small gathering with limited uploads. Essential (EUR 29 per event) is the first paid tier: unlimited photo, video, and voice uploads with original-quality downloads. Celebrate (EUR 69) and Grand (EUR 89) add headroom for larger events, longer retention, and live features.
イベントを確認して作成する
Check the summary — type, name, date, plan, guest link, and retention — then choose "Create event". Gathmo generates the QR code and guest link immediately, and the code stays valid for the life of the event, so a sign printed weeks ahead still works on the day.
ゲスト向けの結果をテスト
スマートフォンでQRコードまたはゲストリンクを開き、記事で説明されているゲストアクションを正確に実行します。これにより、イベント公開前にゲスト向けフローがダッシュボード設定と一致していることを確認できます。
次にやること
- テーブルカード、歓迎サイン、招待状用にQRコードを印刷します。
- ゲストが何をすべきか分かるよう、短い案内文を1行追加してください。

Do guests need an account or the app?
No. Guests scan the QR code, choose photos already on their phone, and send them — no account, no app install, no password. Unlike shared-drive albums, there is nothing to join before uploading.

Guest uploads can contain personal data. Before sharing the QR code publicly, check your privacy settings, moderation choice, and retention plan. The privacy section explains consent, storage, retention, and deletion in full.
