A reseller calculator for repeat event businesses

Use this page when guest media is an add-on you can sell repeatedly: wedding photography studios, planners, venues, agencies, DJs and photo booth operators. The model assumes you buy one Agency subscription, create client-ready branded events, and keep the full resale fee you charge each client.

Start with real volume
Enter the number of paid events you expect to run in a year. A small studio may test ten events; a venue, agency or booth operator may model the full Agency allowance.
Price the client outcome
Use the resale field for the amount you would charge for the branded gallery, QR upload flow, voice messages, moderation and delivery, not just the software cost.
Know when to scale
If the calculator shows strong margin or you outgrow the Agency event cap, Enterprise changes the model with unlimited events, more seats, SSO and signed procurement paperwork.

You pay one flat Agency subscription. Spread across your events, that's your low wholesale cost per event.
Your resale price
You charge your clients per event — typically €49 to €199 — and keep 100% of it.
The margin is yours
Everything above your plan cost is profit. The calculator shows where you cross into it.

Your guests get the whole album — and can download it.
