White-label and business
Choose a business plan: Studio, Agency, or Enterprise
Compare Gathmo business plans — Studio, Agency, and Enterprise — by events per year, team seats, custom domains, brands, and features, and pick the right tier.

Gathmo business plans come in three tiers. Studio covers 10 events a year with 1 team seat, 1 custom domain, and 1 brand. Agency raises that to 50 events, 5 seats, and unlimited domains and brands with end-to-end white-label and API access. Enterprise is unlimited across the board and is arranged with sales.
Plan comparison
| Plan | Events / year | Team seats | Custom domains | Brands | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Studio | 10 | 1 | 1 | 1 | Solo photographers getting started |
| Agency | 50 | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Studios and planners running many events |
| Enterprise | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited | Venues and large teams at scale |
Before you start
- Estimate how many events you will run in a year.
- Count how many people need their own login, and how many client brands you manage.
- Sign in with a Gathmo business account to see these plans on the billing screen.
- Open the correct Gathmo event, workspace, or account before making changes.
Steps
1. Open the business billing screen
Sign in to your Gathmo business account and open Billing and plans. Business accounts see the three prepaid plan cards — Studio, Agency, and Enterprise — with the price shown per month equivalent and the six- and twelve-month totals underneath.

2. Size your event volume
Start with how many events you run. Studio allows 10 events a year, which suits a solo photographer getting started. Agency allows 50 events a year, built for studios and planners running many events across a season.
3. Count your team seats
Decide how many people need their own login. Studio includes 1 team seat, Agency includes 5 seats, and Enterprise offers unlimited seats. If more than one person manages events day to day, Agency or above is the practical choice.
4. Weigh domains, brands, and features
Studio covers 1 custom domain and 1 brand. Agency unlocks unlimited domains and brands with end-to-end white-label and API access — the tier for reselling under many client names. Enterprise adds SSO, branded SMS, and dedicated support.
5. Pick a plan or talk to sales
For Studio or Agency, choose Pay 6 months or Pay 12 months on the card to check out. Enterprise is sales-assisted, so select Contact sales to arrange it. Reach the team at hello@gathmo.com for anything custom.
What to do next
- Once you choose Studio or Agency and complete prepaid checkout, your plan and its limits apply to your workspace. Enterprise is set up with the sales team. You can move between tiers later from the same billing screen as your volume grows.
- Preview the client-facing page after every brand, domain, workspace, or role change so the public experience matches the business setup.
- Document which team member owns the brand, domain, client workspace, and billing relationship before client events go live.
- Use the business billing and privacy articles when white-label work affects prepaid access, DPA expectations, or client data handling.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Studio and Agency for white-label?
Studio suits a single brand on one custom domain. Agency unlocks end-to-end white-label with unlimited brands and domains plus API access, so agencies and studios can run many client brands from one workspace.
How are business plans billed?
Business plans are prepaid. You pay six or twelve months in advance, with the price shown in your local currency and tax applied at checkout. The twelve-month term is charged at the annual rate.
Can I get limits beyond Enterprise's defaults?
Yes. Custom overrides exist above the standard tiers. Contact sales or support at hello@gathmo.com with your requirements, and the team can set higher event, seat, domain, or brand allowances for your account.
Troubleshooting
If you are close to a tier's cap on events, seats, domains, or brands, step up to the next plan. When your needs exceed the standard tiers, custom limits are available — contact sales or support at hello@gathmo.com to arrange them.
You are likely on a personal account, which uses one-off per-event pricing instead of prepaid plans. Switch to or set up a business account to see the Studio, Agency, and Enterprise cards on the billing screen.
That is intentional. Enterprise is sales-assisted, so instead of a self-serve button it shows Contact sales. Select it, or email hello@gathmo.com, and the team will tailor limits, SSO, branded SMS, and support to your needs.
Check that you changed the correct workspace or client brand, refresh the preview, and verify whether a custom domain or cache is showing an older public version.
All Gathmo plans keep media EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant, and business customers can accept a data processing agreement in the workspace. Choosing a higher tier raises your usage limits and unlocks white-label features; it does not change how guest privacy is handled.
