Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern Gathmo's self-serve affiliate program. By joining the program and using a referral link you accept them.
The program
The affiliate program is free to join. You create a referral link in your Gathmo dashboard and share it. When someone new to Gathmo signs up through your link and pays, you earn commission.
Commission
You earn 40% of everything a referred customer pays, for 12 months from the moment they sign up. This covers one-off albums and subscriptions alike. There is no cap — the amount you can earn is unlimited. A referred customer who buys more than once during the 12-month window earns you commission on every purchase.
Who counts as a referred customer
Only customers who are new to Gathmo. Attribution is decided once, when the account is created. An account that already existed does not count, even if it later arrives through your link, and a later purchase by an existing customer earns no commission.
Attribution
A click on your link is remembered for 90 days, and the most recent link wins (last touch). If the visitor signs up within that window, that customer is attributed to you. Attribution is fixed at signup and does not change afterwards.
Payouts
Commissions are held for 30 days so a refund or chargeback can be reversed, then paid out monthly by bank transfer. There is no minimum payout. Commissions are converted at the sale date into EUR or USD, whichever you choose, and the amount is fixed at that point. You must provide valid payout details, and your first payout may be reviewed before it is sent.
Changes to the rate
Gathmo may change the commission rate for future referrals with 30 days' notice by email and on this page. A change never applies to a referral that has already been attributed: the rate in effect when a customer signed up applies for that customer's full 12-month window. Commissions already earned are never changed retroactively.
Rules
You must not refer yourself or use your own link for your own purchases. You must disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you place your link, as the law requires. You must not bid on Gathmo brand keywords in paid search or use our trademarks in a way that suggests an official Gathmo property. Spam, cookie-stuffing and any misleading method are not allowed. We may suspend a link or withhold a payout where these rules are broken.
