The sign does more work than the software
Whatever you use to collect photos, guests only take part if something in front of them tells them to. A sign that says what to do, in your words, on the table where people are already sitting, is the part that decides whether anything gets uploaded at all.
Questions about wedding signs
A4 works as a single sign at the entrance or on a gift table. A5 or a 5 × 7 card is better per-table, because guests read it while seated. Printing one A4 and a card per table covers both cases.
Yes — the file carries real millimetre dimensions, so A4 prints as A4. In the print dialog, set scaling to 100% or "actual size" rather than "fit to page", which would shrink it by the printer margin.
SVG stays sharp at any size and opens in browsers, Canva, Illustrator, and most print shops. If you need a PDF, use the Print button and choose "Save as PDF" — that gives you a PDF at the same exact size.
Only if you are collecting uploads. Leave the link empty and you get a clean sign with just the wording — useful for a welcome sign, seating note, or guestbook prompt.
