Written by Martin Freiwald · Updated Jul 9, 2026The dashboard is the one screen an organiser works from. Every event opens on an overview that shows what has arrived and what is waiting, and everything else — settings, the QR tools, album controls, the live wall, downloads — hangs off the same page rather than living in a separate menu.
Most of what you will change, you change once and never touch again: the event name, its date, its language, whether uploads are reviewed. The articles here walk through each control, say what a change affects for guests who have already uploaded, and explain why some controls are switched off while an event is still a demo.
A control that looks broken is often just switched off on purpose. An event still in demo mode has several functions disabled, because a demo is meant to be looked at rather than sent to guests, and nothing about that is a fault to report. The article on demo mode lists which controls those are and what turns them back on.
